My approach is rooted in a deep understanding that trauma impacts everyone differently. My strength is in creating an ultra-safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel deeply seen and pacing is entirely collaborative. I know when to sit quietly and hold space and when to gently empower clients with actionable tools to reclaim their resilience.
I work best with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. My ideal clients—or their parents—value a holistic, mind-body approach to healing. Whether processing big emotions through play or integrating mindfulness and somatic tools to manage stress, they are dedicated to growth and ready to actively collaborate with me on building lasting resilience and long-term well-being for themselves.
