At a very young age, 3 years old, I began my artistic career dancing ballet. I danced with Miami City Ballet and graduated as a professional dancer from Ballet Concerto in 2003. By the time I became an adolescent I had participated in music videos with Gloria Estefan, danced with numerous known artists including Jon Secada, performed for the Cristina Saralegui Show and modeled the runways. Additionally, I was the Entertainment Reporter for the television show “Paparazzi TV” aired on MegaTV, and the co-host alongside her prestigious mother, Dra. I'm also a Guardian Angel of the Holtz Children’s Hospital of Jackson Health Foundation and participate in numerous community events. I'm dedicated to my profession and passion for the industry.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I work off a TEAM CBT approach. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and make sure I am the right therapist for you to achieve your goals. Then will dive into the specific challenges you're facing providing the empathy and understanding you need. Once established will dive into the best methods to achieve your well-being.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths beyond my expertise and knowledge, is to make sure I am reaching your needs. This is about you and what you need. Additionally, I work based on ethical practices and empirical research.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

TEAM-CBT was created by Dr. David Burns who is a renowned psychiatrist and author of best-selling books including Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy, When Panic Attacks, and Feeling Great: The Revolutionary New Treatment for Depression and Anxiety. TEAM is an acronym that stands for four crucial components for effective therapy that drastically improves the treatment of individuals: Testing, Empathy, Agenda Setting, and Methods. TEAM CBT is considered to be a framework for quantitative based therapy that is proven to be more much more effective than "traditional therapy". I provide, using the TEAM CBT method, one to one therapy sessions for teens, adolescents, and adults suffering from habits, addictions, eating disorders, or relationship concerns. I focus on enhancing your life based on your own needs, thoughts, desires, and feelings.
