Hypnotherapy
My work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy is grounded in both extensive training and years of clinical experience. I use CBT to help clients identify and gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful behavioral change in their day-to-day lives. Hypnotherapy complements this process by working at a deeper, subconscious level. In a relaxed and focused state, clients can access underlying beliefs, emotional responses, and patterns that may be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone. This allows for insight, emotional release, and the opportunity to reshape long-standing habits or reactions. I have extensive experience guiding couples through relationship challenges using a combination of traditional counseling and couple hypnotherapy.
