I provide a space where people feel free to explore ways to live the life they want to live. A space to look at life from different perspectives, looking at your needs, situation, or concerns from a different lens. My approach is eclectic, primarily informed by Gestalt, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness Based theories, viewing mental health as an integral part of whole person living. I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing Therapy, and integrate attachment styles into my treatment planning. My goal is to provide guidance and education to assist you with navigating whatever concerns have brought you to therapy. I believe that you are the expert on you.

Having both a personal and clinical understanding of anxiety, ADHD, and the journey of identifying and exploring sexual orientation allows me to identify the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral aspects that are contributing to your symptoms. I have evidenced based strategies for addressing a variety of concerns that keep you from living your life fully. My style of therapy is conversational, I am truly interested in who you are as well as who you want to grow into being.
