What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

It’s imperative to your healing that you feel comfortable with me, so, in our first session we’ll get to know each other and ensure that we will be a good fit. I will answer any questions or concerns that you have and describe my therapeutic process. After we’ve identified the challenges and the goals you want to achieve, I will create a tailored treatment plan for you and we can get to work.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize behavioral therapies, expressive therapies, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, Gottman techniques, mindfulness based therapy, schema therapy, psychoeducation, and person-centered therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My niche would be addictive behaviors, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, existential anxiety, and codependency.
