Sustainable change isn't a matter of willpower; it’s a matter of design. Most people who feel 'stuck' aren't lacking motivation—they are simply operating within a system that wasn't built to support their unique brain or their highest goals. As an LMHC and BCBA with over 20 years of clinical experience, I specialize in the science of behavior to help you move past 'trying harder' and start 'building smarter.' I define my approach as Behavioral Architecture. Together, we identify the environmental friction—procrastination, anxiety, or digital distraction—and replace self-blame with structural solutions. Through the Masterpiece Framework, we audit your daily systems to ensure they align with your core values and the identity you are intentionally cultivating. We aren't just changing habits; we are clearing the path so you can live with the clarity and intention of a Masterpiece in progress. As a bilingual clinician, I offer a practical perspective that honors the challenge of navigating diverse cultures. I help you bridge the gap between your heritage and your future, ensuring the systems we design together are both culturally resonant and personally meaningful.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

You’ll be welcomed into a warm, open space where we move beyond 'talk therapy' to look at the actual data of your values, priorities, and daily routines. Our goal is to understand how your environment might be creating friction for the progress you want. By auditing your current habits, we identify exactly where your surroundings are working against your goals. You will leave this first session with the initial blueprint of a structural plan and practical tools you can begin using on day one

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring an empathic, humanistic approach to therapy, grounded in evidence-based techniques that promote meaningful behavioral change. I believe that while the science of behavior provides the 'blueprint' for change, a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation. Clients often describe me as approachable, warm, and deeply attuned to their individual needs. My strength lies in helping you experience progress that is both effective and timely. I focus on building practical skills to support emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, and behavioral self-management. By blending this high-level empathy with my background as a BCBA, I help you design a life where you feel both understood as a human and empowered as the architect of your own future.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals and families who are tired of the cycle of 'trying and failing' and are ready for a practical, structural approach to change. My ideal clients often resonate with one of the following: a) The Overwhelmed Professional: You are high-achieving but feel 'stuck' in loops of procrastination, digital distraction, or burnout. b) The Intentional Parent: You are navigating the complexities of raising a neurodiverse child (ADHD/Behavioral challenges) and want to design a home environment where your whole family can thrive. c) The Multicultural Navigator: You are balancing the expectations of different cultural worlds and want to bridge the gap between your heritage, your identity, and your life goals. d) The Growth-Oriented Individual: You are ready to quiet the 'internal noise' of anxiety or self-doubt and use evidence-based tools to become the intentional architect of your own life.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

A very effective therapeutic approach -based on mindfulness- to manage negative emotions including sadness, anger, guilt, shame and others, as well as emotional crisis and interpersonal conflict.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is used in my practice to help clients to explore cognitive distortions associated to maladaptive behaviors and negative emotions. A very effective approach to treat anxiety, depression, anger, self-image and other problems in children, adolescents and adults.

Integrative

Strategic Behavioral Systems: I utilize a specialized integration of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). While ACT provides the tools to navigate 'internal noise' (like anxiety or self-doubt) and clarify your core values, ABA offers the scientific precision to modify the external variables that influence your actions. This dual framework is designed to help you stop fighting yourself and start building a life where healthy habits—like focus, presence, and emotional regulation—become the path of least resistance.
