I have been meeting with Mindy Green for over 3 years and have grown immensely as a person from her help. I feel heard, understood, and valued. She helps me understand my Autism and trauma, and provides perspective on these challenges to help me ease my anxiety and problem solve. She does not coddle, but she will always empathize. I would not be where I am today without her, and she has helped me build emotional maturity to combat future challenges.

The most effective therapist I have had. She is direct when needed but also very authentic. She is able to dive deep into your life and have true compassion while still being honest and direct when it's needed. She isn't afraid of pushing back on certain beliefs and can help you see different perspectives in any given situation. She is also always open to ideas about how to help her clients be better. 10/10 for anyone wanting to better themselves and build stronger relationships in life.
