I am not the expert of your life you are, you have more lived experience being you than I EVER will. I would like to be a collaborative partner and create a safe space where we are able to bring awareness to how certain experiences, behavior patterns or relationships are possibly impacting your wellbeing and preventing you from being the version of yourself that brings you the most joy and fulfillment.

I also provide various resources in the form of homework exercises designed to assist you in your therapeutic journey.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you were taught to handle things on your own or if mental health wasn’t openly discussed in your family or culture. I offer a collaborative, trauma-informed space for adolescents (13+), adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, or the lasting impact of difficult experiences.
As a Punjabi Marriage & Family Therapist, I understand how cultural expectations, family roles, and stigma can make it hard to ask for support. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, not judged, and where your values and lived experiences are honored. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping tools, and help you feel more grounded and confident in your relationships and daily life.
You don’t have to be certain about everything to begin. Sometimes therapy simply starts with giving yourself permission to try. When you’re ready, I’m here to support you.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from California State University, Northridge and have been practicing for 12 years. I am a diplomate of The Academy of Cognitive Therapy. As a licensed therapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I am committed to helping clients identify and transform negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to their emotional difficulties. Through CBT, therapy focuses on the interplay between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, empowering clients to make meaningful changes in their lives. My goal as a therapist is to support you in understanding and overcoming the challenges you face, while equipping you with the tools and strategies needed for long-term success. Through a collaborative and empathetic approach, we will work together to achieve your goals and improve your overall well-being.
I understand how challenging it is to come to therapy and speak of subjects that can bring about fear, anxiety and feelings of being judged. Therapy is the safest of environments to bring up topics that have brought about great pain or arrest in one’s life. My hope for you is that therapy becomes a useful tool to transform your life into how you envision it to be. Life is too short not to be lived out to its fullest potential. By working with you, I hope to collaborate in a transformation process where life goals come to fruition. As your therapist, I am your advocate and will support you in all areas where challenges, obstacles and barriers are encountered. I hope this message finds you well and instills a sense of hope that anything, if one’s mind is put to it, is possible to change for the better.
You deserve to feel well and live your most authentic life. I provide tools to help you embrace a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen your coping mechanisms, improve your mood, and thrive with increased daily functioning, self-efficacy, self-esteem, self-awareness, and authentic self-expression.
When life feels overwhelming, our minds can convince us that we are alone in our daily challenges and during our most difficult times. We get used to handling it on our own. I believe there is a better way. Working with a psychotherapist who can deeply connect with where you are on your healing journey can be transformative. Transformation might look like addressing symptoms, resolving a problem, or seeking something more. By guiding you to deeper insights and clearer understandings, together, we are better able to confront the barriers that may be holding you back from the life you want to live.
When it comes to the therapeutic experience, my treatment motto is “therapy is a collaborative journey.” In treatment, the client or the patient sets the pace for treatment. As a clinician, we are trained to meet our patienst and clients where they are, currently, and provide services as appropriate. I always use this analogy when introducing how treatment will proceed to clients. I explain to clients that the therapeutic journey is like a road trip. They are in the driver's seat. They are setting the pace. They are deciding the route and the destination. All I do, as their therapist, is hold the GPS, suggest alternative routes when needed, and set the music.
Hi, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California for 20 years and I hold a doctorate degree in the Philosophy of Counseling. I am in my second marriage for 30 years now, after my 24-year first marriage failed. We have seven children between the two of us, 31 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. I have had good success counseling couples who have given up on their relationship, especially those who have experienced infidelity. I don't counsel children until they are 18. I enjoy helping people understand how they became the way they are and therefore find ways to leave dysfunction behind.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC), and Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD). I create a supportive space where clients can process complex trauma, including betrayal trauma, and difficult family-of-origin patterns.
I assist individuals recovering from environments shaped by abuse, neglect, abandonment, coercive control, chronic fear, and instability. My work addresses dynamics such as narcissistic family systems, enmeshment, family scapegoating, trauma bonds, antagonistic relationships, and addiction—often rooted in intergenerational trauma and nervous system dysregulation. I support clients in normalizing their emotions, feeling validated, and building greater resilience. I am certified as a DBT Clinician (C-DBT), Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), Mood Disorder Professional (CMDP), ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), and Autism Spectrum Clinical Specialist (ASDCS).
I grew up in an environment with people who never discussed mental health; this sparked an early interest in the unspoken challenges I observed. As a dual major in psychology and sociology, my coursework was impactful. The lessons continued in graduate school, where I earned dual master’s degrees in social work and public administration. I interned at a domestic abuse shelter, a residential crisis center, and a community behavioral health facility, and completed specialized trauma-informed care training.
My professional experience includes serving as a psychotherapist for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault; a behavioral specialist for children with autism, ADHD, and adjustment challenges; and a supervisor for social workers in county behavioral health. Additionally, I have led interdisciplinary teams of social workers and nurses in complex medical case management, and managed public health teams of case investigators, contact tracers, data analysts, and nurses during infectious disease outbreaks.
I am deeply committed to helping clients improve from psychological and emotional harm, recognizing the serious impact these experiences can have on overall well-being.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a passion for helping clients explore new perspectives on mental health. I specialize in working with first responders and their families, offering a relaxed and inviting approach that creates a safe space for growth and healing. I particularly enjoy supporting individuals who are navigating everyday stress and looking to build healthier coping strategies. I often say, “Our toolboxes need to be big—because life requires a lot of tools.” My goal is to help clients expand their toolkits so they feel more equipped and empowered in their daily lives.

Hi there, I’m Dr. O.
Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed by worry, or caught in patterns of overthinking—about yourself or your relationships?
Do you find it difficult to extend patience and compassion toward yourself?
I provide therapy for adults (18 and older) navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward—especially after experiencing significant loss or major life changes.
With over 10 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping individuals rebuild, heal, and reconnect with themselves after difficult experiences, including relationship distress, grief, and family conflict.
I believe that you are the expert of your own story. My role is to support you in uncovering your strengths, deepening emotional resilience, and creating meaningful, sustainable change. I use a collaborative, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Together, we will work toward helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned in your life.
Let’s begin.
I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and adults experiencing acute emotional distress or psychiatric episodes. I also understand the Latinx and first-generation experience. I grew up learning the power of strength and resilience, but also how easily we forget to care for ourselves. That's part of what inspired me to become a therapist. I understand that you are carrying a lot, sometimes from past generations. It's okay to reach out for help. I can help you navigate through generational trauma, cultural identity struggles, and the internal tension between honoring family sacrifices and pursuing personal independence. I can also help you navigate life transitions, grief and loss, and family conflict. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I offer a warm, collaborative space for you to seek deeper understanding and meaningful change. Healing happens in connection with others, and together we can cultivate the path toward growth, resilience, and wholeness. Healing is not only possible, but it's also a brave and powerful thing to do.
Hi, I'm Casandra, and I'm glad you are here! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with a master's degree from the University of Southern California. I decided to become a therapist because I love being able to help others. One of my favorite things is getting to know others and helping them to discover (or re-discover) who they are. Getting to help others realize their potential and overall improve their mental and emotional well-being is something I enjoy doing and consider it such a privilege.
I am an empathetic, strengths-based, client-centered therapist who values meeting people where they are and working collaboratively at a pace that feels supportive and manageable. I have experience working with adults, children, couples, and families addressing concerns such as anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties.
My therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I focus on helping clients increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, build healthier boundaries, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I draw from an integrative approach including CBT/cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT/dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and IFS/internal family systems-informed work to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
I believe meaningful change happens within a safe, respectful, and trusting therapeutic relationship. I value creating a space where clients feel supported in exploring both immediate concerns and deeper emotional patterns, while also developing practical tools they can apply in everyday life.
Therapy is my passion! I absolutely love to watch my clients grow and change before my eyes.
