Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage, Family, and Child therapist (LMFT). I have been practicing and helping people of all types and ages feel much better, and become the best versions of themselves. You are doing great reaching out for help already. We can work together to feel better right away. The most important thing, is that you have taken the first step and are motivated to improve your everchanging life experience.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session I will hear your story and your unique challenges. You will finish the session feeling heard, and gain quality insight from my feedback.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is optimism, and holding the hope for you even when things feel bleak.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have practiced many years, with significant experience helping clients to develop positive, alternative thoughts, to replace negative distorted thoughts (doing this makes you feel better), it is specific measurable help. "It helps people who cannot stop thinking about painful things, in a negative way."

Narrative

I have many years and thousands of hours doing therapy to help clients to "re-write, or re-author" how you remember parts of your life to see it in a healthy way.

Couples Counseling

Many years helping couples to re-bond, & repair their love, loyalty and respect for eachother.

Faith based therapy

I have had many years experience, with clients in many different faith, and religious beliefs, who value incorporating their belief systems into therapy. This is a highly specialized psychotherapeutic experience customized to each individual and their beliefs. It honors a persons unique understanding and faith. It helps them to verbalize their understanding and become in alignment with their belief system, and their best and highest self. I can begin each session with breath work, meditation, and positive affirmations; or if a client has unique practices such as prayer, or mantra, which help them to focus, those can be incorporated as well. An individual and their choices are honored and respected an collaboratively incorporated into the psychotherapeutic experience.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I have many years experience assisting clients with personality disorders, and those resistant to care to improve social integration and self love.
