Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from California. I received my Master of Social Work Degree from USC and have worked as an LCSW for the past 5 years, with a focus on providing impactful care via telehealth and virtual therapy sessions. I specialize in working with clients that have anxiety, depression, adjustment and mood disorders. I enjoy helping clients become the best versions of themselves through a variety evidence based therapeutic interventions.
In our first session together, we will exchange introductions. It is important for me to spend time getting to know you and hearing about your current symptoms and stressors. From then on we can focus on what your goals are and how we can work towards them together.
My biggest strengths as a therapist is offering empathy and warmth and providing a compassionate safe space to process difficult emotions. I excel in having clients find and reconnect with their inner strengths in order to feel empowered and capable of living a life that is meaningful to them.
I love helping clients who are in one of life's many transitions, whether that be transitioning to adulthood, marriage, parenting, health diagnoses, losses, and/or aging.
By utilizing ACT principles, my goal is to help clients start living the life they value and reducing general suffering.
For anxiety and depression, I believe CBT practices can help change our automatic negative thoughts and problematic patterns of behavior to overall improve symptoms.
I love helping clients resolve ambivalence in their life as they discern the right decision for themselves.
