Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. I have a doctorate degree (Ed.d) in Traumatology. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, or a variety of emotions due to life's challenges and circumstances. My goal is to provide clients with all of the tools necessary to navigate through future situations and to help build resilency.
The first session will include introductions and a conversation about the client's current challenges. We will collaborate to determine a treatment plan and goals.

I have used CBT to help clients see how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. CBT is beneficial in helping individuals recognize that distorted thoughts can lead to negative feelings.
I integrate an individual's spiritual beliefs and spiritual practices into therapy in order to provide overall support.
I use Motivational Interviewing to help individuals recognize their ambivalence to change and to help develop motivation to make positive changes.
Christian Counseling helps to incorporate an individual's mental, emotional, and spiritual factors along with Biblical practices and a Christian worldview.
I use a flexible approach which integrates several techniques from a variety of therapeutic models.
