I’m Steven Frank. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), licensed in California and living in Seattle, Washington. The way the law works is that if I have a California license, I can live outside of California, but can only work with California residents. For that reason, all my work is perforyemed online through telehealth. I see primarily adults and seniors in my practice and while I work mostly withindividuals, I will also see couples when needed.
I’ve been licensed since 1983 but actually began to “grow” a private practice beginning in 1990. While most of my experience has been with clients dealing with depression and anxiety, over the last 4-5 years I’ve been more focused on the treatment for symptoms of trauma and abuse. I’ve been trained in EMDR (a specific treatment for trauma), and will use that method as needed, when appropriate, and with your understanding of the process, and consent.
By the way, my first job experience (before beginning my schooling for the MFT license), was in the California State Hospital system as a psychiatric technician. I was a member of a hospital inpatient treatment team that treated people with severe mental disorders. This was excellent training for working with clients who are seeking help, but on an outpatient basis.

I have also worked with drug involved individuals, who are in recovery and I am familiar with the 12 step process.

I practice as a dual licensed therapist (MFT & LPCC) in Fresno, California and offer online service via Grow. Call me for consult at (559) 242-6670 or inquire at: Justin@Stargaardtherapy.com. I have more availability than posted. I contract on site service in Fresno area including group therapy and consulting.
Before joining Grow, I served my local community in Fresno for six years with a local office and also provided on site therapy with sex offenders via containment model. I've worked with survivors of various traumas & family dysfunctions, depression, sexual abuse survivors, anxiety, life stressors, ADHD, co-parenting dynamics, anger issues, and a whole host of other stuff that brings one to seek therapy.
As far as specialty, I am certified as an independent provider with California's sex offender management board and trained in areas surrounding sexual abuse, offending, and how therapy is rendered based on reducing risk. At present, I offer my expertise in this area primarily to parents who want to protect their kids, survivors who want to assert against future grooming/victimization, and to adults desiring to build safe and healthy sexual expression.
Theoretical models I apply, include a cognitive behavioral model emphasizing using behavior to get the changes you want. In practice, I've found this model to be accessible for first time clients, offer a practical conceptualization of therapy work, and all while offering an ease of going "deeper" as work may incorporate childhood experiences, attachment, relational dynamics, and in room transference.
When I work with couples and families I utilize a structural model which emphasizes getting parents on the same team and building a functional hierarchy for the family unit. I've seen first hand how smooth a family can run when mom and dad work together and own their home.
Consults welcome 24/7.

Greetings. I’m David Joel Miller, licensed in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Professional Clinical Counselor. Before entering private practice, I worked as a substance abuse counselor and for my local County Behavioral Health. I specialize in helping clients navigate life’s transitions and overcome depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders.
After working as a substance abuse counselor and then a marriage and family therapist, I also completed the requirements for licensure as a professional clinical Counselor. I am also a certified life coach. I think of myself as an indoor mountain climber. I don’t like getting out in the cold and rain, but I do like taking on new challenges. I read a great deal and have learned a lot, but I continue to learn more things each day. Like most people my age, I have the frustrations of coping with technology. But one of my interns taught me how to answer texts, and now my younger family friends are teaching me how to use iPads and streaming videos. I hope that these experiences give me some insight into how things are changing and how some things don’t change at all. I’d like to accompany you as you try to work through your life challenges.
My practice is built on the foundation that every individual, relationship, and family deserves a therapeutic space free from judgment. I serve a diverse clientele of adults, teens, and couples, offering a safe and inclusive environment for people of all sexual identities. While I treat a wide range of mental health concerns, I offer specialized, culturally competent care for LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent individuals, technology professionals, older adults, and same sex couples.
A significant portion of my practice is also dedicated to working with men struggling with compulsive behaviors regarding sex and drugs, offering a path toward control and alignment with their values. If you are looking for a therapist who is open-minded, direct, and deeply familiar with these unique lived experiences, I invite you to reach out.

Many appear successful on paper yet feel disconnected, anxious, or unfulfilled inside. Our work focuses on rebuilding intimacy, confidence, and freedom that lasts. My learning didn’t end with degrees; it continues through mentorship, embodiment, and years of helping people reclaim the parts of themselves that feel hidden or shut down. I founded Palm Springs Psychotherapy to offer a private, deeply personalized space for clients who want more than symptom relief. My approach blends cognitive, relational, and somatic methods to help you reconnect with what feels real and alive, both in your mind and in your body.
f you’re ready to feel more connected and fully alive, let’s begin with a private consultation. This work is for people who are ready for real change, deeper relationships, sexual confidence, and a clearer sense of self.
Hi there, I'm Gut (Goot)!
Thanks for looking at my profile, "the journey of 1000 miles begins with one step". I am a Veteran looking to assist others with their own "1000" mile journey.
My approach
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist individuals on their perspective journeys. I utilize Solution Focused Brief Therapy primarily with couples.
My focus
I have found that my style and approach work well with individuals who prefer a straightforward, assertive approach.
My communication style is assertive, direct, with a curious undertone to solicit perspective.
My journey in mental healthcare
I wanted to assist with preventing Veteran suicides.
My goals for you
My goal is not that of a pastor; I do not want you to keep coming back, but to take what we have learned and continue the journey.
I'm Sheldon like the TV show! (Big Bang Theory). I help analytical high-achieving adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety and depression untangle their inner world and reconnect with their deeper self-using insight-driven therapy, dream exploration, and a creative lens that helps them uncover what's been buried beneath the surface.
Do you often say, "I'm successful on the outside but exhausted and anxious inside," "overthinking everything, but still feeling stuck," or being in a "constant sense of restlessness or dissatisfaction," or being a person who "struggles to access or name emotions clearly." I help clients have greater awareness and emotional clarity and begin to feel grounded, self-trusting and more internally connected. I hope to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms through deeper insight and ability to recognize and break unconscious patterns. I help clients discover meaning through creative exploration, and dream work. I want clients to increase their confidence in navigating relationships and decisions and moving from analysis paralysis to self-acceptance and expression.
My areas of expertise are in Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Mental Illness, Risk Assessment, Trauma, PTSD and Substance Abuse Disorders.
I’m Herschel O’Brien, a clinical counselor with extensive experience in trauma-informed, client-centered care. I specialize in helping individuals navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative, drawing from modalities like mindfulness, narrative therapy, and systems thinking. Whether you're facing trauma, mood instability, or life transitions, I offer a safe space where healing is possible and meaningful growth can take root. I believe in empowering clients to become the authors of their own lives, with clarity, confidence, and emotional insight.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for things to feel different, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care. Licensed in California since 2005, I work with adults navigating anxiety or depression, trauma, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I value spending time outdoors, staying physically active, and being present with my family. I’m a father of five—one son and four daughters, including two stepdaughters—which has given me a deep, lived understanding of blended family dynamics, parenting, and the complexities of family relationships across different stages of development. I enjoy fly fishing, snowboarding, working out, and other outdoor pursuits that help me stay grounded and present—values I often encourage clients to cultivate in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable to them.
First and foremost, I am a father of two. I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology and have worked in government setting as a supervisor to many social workers over the past 28 years. I have been licensed as a therapist in California since 2004 and have worked with 100s of individuals, couples and teens since then. I have had over 200 hours of post PHD training in the areas of anxiety, depression, child abuse and neglect, bipolar disorder, couples counseling, divorce, child custody and phobia.
I’m Arturo, and I’m honored you’re here. My work as a therapist is grounded in resilience, compassion, and deep respect for the courage it takes to ask for support. After 24 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, including combat deployments, I transitioned into clinical work, earning a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (MFT) from Pepperdine University.
For the past four years, I’ve worked with underrepresented communities, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions. I’m especially committed to creating a safe, confidential space where men can speak openly—man to man—about the challenges we often carry silently. I also work with couples using Gottman‑informed approaches to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional relief, or stronger relationships, I offer practical tools, steady support, and a collaborative path toward healing and meaningful change.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides counseling to adults and couples using a trauma-informed approach. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and I help clients process and heal from complex life experiences.
I bring a unique depth of experience to my work, having served 25 years as a police officer and over 13 years supporting first responders through peer support programs. Hello, my name is David Fallon and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been licensed for about 20 years. I've worked with all kinds of individuals. I started by working with kids with behavior issues. Mostly I have worked with serious mental illness on the streets serving unhoused individuals. And I have worked with people seeking help in a one on one therapy situation. The first session will be for us to get to know each other and see if this is a good fit. I will be asking a lot of questions. Feel free to ask me any questions that come up as well. I will tell you a little bit about how I work. In the early stages, I basically follow your lead. You tell me what you want to work on, and I ask questions to understand the problem. Together we figure out ways of dealing with these problems. Sometimes it takes more than one or two or even a dozen tries to find the right things that work for you. This process is a journey, and I am here to help guide you through it. I can make recommendations, but it is up to you what you want to do and what works for you. Sometimes difficult thoughts are feelings will come up. Do not be afraid to express them when they do as the more genuine and honest you are, the more I will understand what you are dealing with. That being said, always take things at your own pace. Never feel rushed or forced to say anything you are not ready to say.
I love working with young professionals struggling with burnout, compassion fatigue, and impostor syndrome. I assist individuals in overcoming anxiety, depression, and addictions tied to childhood or adult trauma. While therapy can be challenging, it can also be a fun and creative journey. I work best with clients who have a growth mind set and are not afraid to try new things. I am open minded and love to help people from from diverse backgrounds.

I have a specialization working with couples, families and individuals; as well as substance abuse/chemical dependency and addiction treatment (porn, sex & gambling). In many cases the depressed and anxious client is self medicating in some way to alter underlying feelings of depression, anxiety and intimacy/attachment issues. I use Somatic Experiencing, a very effective treatment for trauma/PTSD symptoms, helping the body and mind regulate itself. Clients in relationships with loved ones addicted or abusing substances can benefit from therapy to learn how to take care of themselves so as to limit the toxicity of the proximity
I utilize CBT, psychodynamic, solution focused and the John Gottman strategies. Clients learn that thoughts create feelings, mood then affect. With couples and families my job is to provide a safe place where effective communication can develop, listening and most importantly the ability to respond to each other rather than react/ conflict resolution.
I treat compulsive sexual behaviors, chemical dependency, anger management & PTSD. I will assess, diagnose & write a letter for patients wanting to travel with their pet, allowing them to live without harassment from landlords and airlines etc.

Love and work are essential to a meaningful life. Relationships with others define experience and work gives a sense of purpose. Disturbance in these affect well being and contribute to an overwhelmed response leading to collapse. As trauma is relational so is recovery and healing. Having the right therapeutic alliance is a key element and requires, attunement and constistency.

You don’t have to struggle alone!
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you are carrying. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients gently explore the parts of themselves that may feel overwhelmed, stuck, protective, or hurt. My hope is that through our work together, clients feel less alone, more self-compassionate, and more able to move through life with greater clarity and ease.
In our hectic world we often find ourselves afraid to take risks that could jeopardize the stable lives we have created for ourselves. We remain in jobs, relationships and old patterns that no longer work, while symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger and self-defeating patterns keep us from making real changes to our lives.
If that sounds like you, you are stuck. We can feel lost and alone when we are unable to move forward, whether in work or a personal relationship. Therapy can help you break free of that and thrive.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on teens, adults, and couples. I have worked with clients on concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family reunification.
I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I also minored in sociology.
