Hello, I'm Gino Memoli, a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through personalized therapy sessions. I specialize in addressing personality disorders, mood disorders, and trauma using Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore and heal various aspects of themselves. Additionally, I apply the Gottman Method to enhance relationship dynamics for couples and families, focusing on building stronger, more understanding connections. My approach is direct, honest, and compassionate, aimed at fostering deep personal growth and resilience in a supportive environment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session with me, clients can expect a welcoming and safe environment where we begin by discussing their goals and challenges. I focus on understanding each client’s unique background and needs, establishing trust, and outlining how our sessions will proceed. This initial meeting is crucial for setting the foundation of our therapeutic relationship, where clients can share openly and start their journey toward healing.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider lie in my direct, honest, and compassionate approach, combined with my expertise in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Gottman Method. I excel in helping clients explore and integrate various aspects of their personalities and improve their relationship dynamics. My ability to create a supportive and understanding environment allows clients to feel valued and heard, fostering significant personal and relational growth.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

In my practice, I employ both Person-Centered Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients with personality disorders, mood disorders, and trauma. This combination helps clients develop self-awareness and compassion by understanding and integrating various parts of their psyche. Person-Centered Therapy enhances this by fostering an environment where clients feel genuinely heard and valued, enabling them to explore their thoughts and feelings freely. This dual approach effectively aids in managing complex emotions and improving interpersonal relationships.
