Hi, I'm Sarah, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I'm so glad you're here. If you've been carrying the weight of anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, or simply trying to hold everything together for everyone else, you don't have to do it alone. My approach is warm, genuine, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and know you're accepted without judgment. Together, we'll build on your strengths, process what's been weighing you down, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentically yours.
Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me cheering at a soccer game, trying a new recipe in the kitchen, or enjoying live music with family and friends. I believe healing happens through connection, and I strive to bring that same authentic, human approach into every session. I'm so glad you're here, and I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
Hi everyone,
I’m a Therapist with 11 years of experience, two Master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor’s from UC Berkeley. I specialize in helping men who are struggling with sexual dysfunction, performance anxiety, or worry that’s taking over their daily life. I also work with men and women who are navigating relationships of all kinds—monogamous, polyamorous, open, or still figuring it out—and the communication challenges that come with them.
My approach is grounded in helping you understand your thought patterns, where they may be a disservice to you and how to change them in order to create behavioral change. We’ll set clear goals together and break them down into doable steps, and I’ll be here to encourage you rather than judge you if things feel hard along the way. I also make a point of highlighting the strengths you already have and reminding you of them on the days you forget. Supporting people in feeling less alone, more understood, and genuinely heard is the part of this work that brings me joy.
Please note: I don’t provide couples counseling, but I do offer individual therapy focused on relationship concerns, intimacy, and identity. I am LGBTQ+ and kink‑affirming. This is a safe space.
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, supported, and accepted. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide a warm, collaborative, and inclusive space where clients from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools for everyday life. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, stress, life transitions, and women's issues. Using an integrative, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs while helping you understand how past experiences may influence your current thoughts, emotions, relationships, and overall well-being. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change so you can feel more confident, balanced, and empowered in your daily life.
Hello, my name is Kathy and I am a LCSW. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and learning about them. I am an integrated counselor and use different modalities to create an individualized approach to my work. I have been working as a counselor for about 4 years and I am privileged to do this type of work.
Hello, I’m Eddie, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (English and Spanish) with over five years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, and trauma. My professional background includes work in education, child welfare, community mental health, and crisis intervention with high-acuity populations.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, I take a collaborative, culturally grounded, and non-judgmental approach to therapeutic care. Together, we will examine past and present experiences to build a personalized clinical toolkit designed to help you navigate life's challenges. Therapy with me is a space for genuine connection, vulnerability, and personal growth—balancing deep clinical work with room for humor, healing, and authentic self-expression.
Welcome! I am a couples therapist helping partners work through conflict, communication breakdowns, and emotional disconnection. I specialize in how ADHD, anxiety, attachment wounds, and emotional stress show up in relationships.
I often work with couples who feel stuck in a painful cycle where one partner shuts down, avoids conflict, or becomes overwhelmed, while the other pushes harder for connection, answers, or reassurance. Many of the couples I work with love each other deeply but feel exhausted by repeated arguments, defensiveness, resentment, or feeling more like roommates than partners.
Hi, I'm Sara! I believe everyone has the capacity to heal, even when life feels overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being your authentic self. You don't have to have the right words or all the answers—we'll figure things out together.
I enjoy helping people understand themselves on a deeper level, recognize patterns that no longer serve them, and build practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in the belief that therapy should meet you where you are.
I know that healing isn't always linear, and I believe growth can happen through both the difficult moments and the lighter ones. While we may explore deep emotions, I also welcome laughter, curiosity, and celebrating the small wins along the way. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, supported, and a little more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
I specialize in Men's OCD and anxiety counseling in all its forms. Using ERP and ACT (the gold-standard treatments for OCD and anxiety), combined with a humanistic approach, I build a treatment plan tailored specifically to you, starting in session one.
With nearly a decade of experience helping people break free from anxiety or OCD, I know that real progress is possible, and it often comes faster than people expect. Ready to start expanding your world?

Hello and thank you for visiting my profile. My therapeutic philosophy is that individuals need to be a part of their own solutions. Each person is the expert of their own life, not anyone else. I strive to empower clients to feel that their successes come from themselves and are the result of their own dedication and hard work. Clients should be empowered to seek out their ideal therapist and what the therapist has to offer them individually, their family, spouse, partner, children, etc. You are not "broken" and don't need to be fixed. I try to stay away from diagnostic labels and work well with those who don't appreciate categories. I do not start labeling or plugging you into a pre-existing program. I won't put you in a clinical diagnostic box. We focus on strengths you already have and building on current resources. We don't just talk about the problems over and over. Sessions are focused on making life more fulfilling, comfortable and enjoyable.
I have rich experience covering a wide range of issues. I utilize CBT and Existential Therapy. When people are empowered through being heard, emotionally supported, and helped to develop skills, they have a greater ability to lead emotionally healthy lives.
I have treated people suffering from mild emotional issues and those with severe psychological dysfunction. These issues range from anxiety and depression to PTSD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. I have worked with people from all walks of life and professional backgrounds.
If you are looking for an interactive, honest, and approachable therapist, welcome. I bring humor and real-world warmth to our sessions, and I love working with clients who are ready to engage and do the work to improve their lives. Together, we'll build a non-judgmental, collaborative dialogue focused on helping you heal, work on goals and grow at your own pace. We will set clear goals together, but we will also adapt as your needs shift. I am here to partner with you, talk with you and find read solutions.
Hi, I'm Shari, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that prioritizing your mental health is one of the greatest investments you can make in yourself. With over 7 years of experience, I provide an affirming, empowering, and solution-oriented approach tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported as we work together to build on your strengths, overcome challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I tailor each session to your unique goals and needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches.
If you're considering therapy, chances are you're carrying something that feels heavy, and you're looking for someone who can help you make sense of it.
I believe people are capable of change. Not because change is easy—it isn't. Change requires courage, self-awareness, and a willingness to try something different. But when people are motivated and learn healthier, more adaptive ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to themselves and others, meaningful growth is possible.
As a therapist, I am warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, even when you're talking about the parts of your life that feel messy, painful, or difficult to understand. Clients often tell me they appreciate my sense of humor, my kindness, and my ability to challenge them in a way that feels supportive rather than confrontational. I believe therapy doesn't have to feel cold or clinical. Some of our work may be serious, but I also believe healing can happen in moments of connection, insight, and even laughter.
My role is not to tell you what to do or who to be. Instead, I work alongside you to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for change, and help you move toward the life you want to create. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-worth, or navigating a difficult season of life, I will meet you where you are and support you in taking the next step forward.
I am also an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University in their graduate program for students working on their Master’s in Marriage, Family Therapy - this has helped me in exploring the field with a different perspective and promoting an inquisitive approach.

Hello! I am so excited to meet you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California. I graduated from California State University San Bernardino with my Master’s Degree in Social Work. For over 10 years, I have been working with children, families, and individuals in the areas of case management, behavioral support, and mental health.
Hello! I am looking forward to meeting with you! I am a provider who utilizes solution-focused, mindfulness and specialized practices to help others address challenges and create a more balanced life. I am drawn to both rational and holistic practices, but it really starts with your goals and preferences.
At 19-years old, I was involved in a traumatic motor vehicle accident and spent several years recovering- both physically and emotionally. This experience has led me toward the field of counseling and wanting to work directly with people needing support and guidance.
I completed my undergraduate degree at University of California, San Diego with specialization in Clinical Psychology. After graduation, I volunteered for an equine therapy program and provided therapy services for children with Autism. After several years, I decided to pursue a Masters in Social Work at California State University San Marcos. I have worked in medical, psychiatric, educational and research settings and have found it valuable to provide services to different types of communities.
I am glad that you have considered reaching out for therapy- it's a big step. I hope to be a part of your journey.
Many of the struggles we experience as adults, whether in our relationships, our confidence, or our sense of purpose, begin with beliefs we formed long ago about ourselves and the world. While those beliefs may have helped us navigate earlier seasons of life, they can quietly keep us confused, disconnected, and living as someone we’ve learned to be rather than who we truly are.
I believe therapy is an opportunity to gently uncover those patterns, heal the wounds beneath them, and reconnect with your authentic self. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, grief, or simply feeling that something no longer fits, our work together is focused on creating meaningful, lasting change, not just managing symptoms.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adults and couples who are ready to better understand themselves and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply integrative, combining insight-oriented psychotherapy with practical, future-focused tools that help clients move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Hello! I'm Kelsey, and I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy. Often, the very challenges that bring us to therapy—stress, burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, or feeling like you've lost your "spark"—can also make it difficult to reach out for support.
My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe therapy is most effective when it's collaborative, individualized, and grounded in genuine connection. Using a compassionate, person-centered approach, I'll help you deepen your understanding of yourself while building on your existing strengths.
Hello, I'm Dr. Scheherazade Pheng, a licensed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience helping adults across California. My work has been at the intersection of mental health, the criminal justice system, and the families whose lives are deeply affected by it.
One of the things that matters most to me is making quality mental health care accessible. I welcome clients with a variety of insurance plans because I believe the support you receive should never depend on the insurance card you carry.
Throughout my career, I have learned two important truths. When one person enters the criminal justice system, an entire family is impacted. Parents, spouses, grandparents, and children often carry overwhelming stress, grief, fear, and uncertainty while trying to keep moving forward. I have also seen that many communities near California's prisons and detention facilities have limited access to mental health care, despite having a tremendous need for support.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, shame, or the emotional challenges of loving someone who is incarcerated, you will find a compassionate and judgment-free space in my practice. Together, we'll work toward healing, greater clarity, and renewed hope. You deserve support just as much as the people you care about, and I'm here to help when you're ready.
You're the expert on your own life. My role is to listen first. I believe healing begins when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities that others may not see. They may be balancing cultural expectations, family responsibilities, demanding careers, relationship challenges, or the emotional impact of trauma, grief, or a chronic health condition. Others are navigating major life transitions and wondering how to move forward while staying true to themselves.
I provide culturally responsive, client-centered therapy in both English and Mandarin. I especially enjoy working with immigrants, children of immigrants, students, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, perfectionism, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
As the founder of UCLight Therapy and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I hold both master's and doctorate degrees in social work from the University at Albany, State University of New York. Over the past decade, I've taught in higher education and conducted research on the mental health of Asian American and Hispanic communities, deepening my understanding of how culture, family, and life experiences shape emotional well-being.
Living with a significant medical condition has also strengthened my appreciation for grief, resilience, and hope. While everyone's journey is different, it has reinforced my commitment to creating a compassionate space where clients feel deeply understood and supported. My goal isn't simply to reduce symptoms—it's to help you reconnect with your strengths and build a life that reflects your values.
In my practice, I am dedicated to supporting clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and personal growth. My clinical focus includes working with individuals who are navigating stress, building self-esteem, and seeking greater balance and clarity in their lives.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented, with a focus on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop a more confident and compassionate sense of self. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting changes.

Hello and welcome to my page! :) My name is Bahar Amini. I am a first-generation Afghan-American woman with a background in Psychology and Social Work. After experiencing my own mental health struggles during my early college years, I decided to change my major to Psychology in hopes to better understand what was happening. I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2017. Eventually, after some more trial and error, I made my way to obtaining my Master's degree in Social Work at California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2020. I am grateful for my own lived experiences, what I have learned from teachers inside of the classroom, outside of the classroom, and from afar which have influenced what my practice is today. Lastly, I am grateful to my clients. I have learned and continue to learn so much from them.

Hello and thank you for being here! It takes a lot of courage to begin the process of seeking therapy services—especially if asking for help is not something you are used to. As your therapist, I strive to create a safe space where you feel empowered and supported as you embark on your healing journey.
My passion for mental health and wellness was shaped by my life experience of growing up in a culture that often minimized the importance of mental health. This has motivated me to work towards challenging that narrative because I believe that taking care of your mental health is invaluable. Therapy is a place where you can process unexpected life events as well as a place where you can learn more about yourself, your triggers, and where they come from. It is a space where you can talk about your daily struggles as well as deeper issues that may be affecting how you relate and communicate with the people around you.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and humanistic at its core. This means that I show up with genuine empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental stance. I use psychodynamic techniques to help you explore early life experiences that could be affecting your relationships or family dynamics. I also enjoy teaching clients cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices.
I provide virtual therapy using an integrated, whole-person approach that focuses not only on navigating difficult periods, but also on maintaining progress, building resilience, and supporting long-term mental wellness. Therapy can be both restorative and preventative, and I work with clients across all stages of that process.
I treat a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, personality-related patterns, and life transitions. My clinical background includes experience with higher-acuity and complex cases—such as forensic populations, individuals in psychiatric settings, and those managing co-occurring mental and medical conditions. While my current practice is fully virtual, I am comfortable addressing difficult or sensitive topics and provide a space where clients can speak openly without hesitation.
My approach is direct, engaged, and collaborative. I prioritize building strong, trusting relationships and creating a setting where clients feel understood and supported. I recognize that progress is not always linear and work consistently with clients through both setbacks and growth.
I am multilingual and can provide therapy in English, Lithuanian, and conversational Hungarian languages.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, substance use, addiction, and life's challenges with compassion and practical support. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll build the skills and confidence to create meaningful, lasting change while working toward the goals that matter most to you.
My name is Deems and I'm an LCSW. I am heavily CBT and DBT based but as with most therapists, I draw from a lot of places depending on the situation. I am casual, chatty, eclectic in both my work and my personal interests, and am big on transparency and accountability. Queer and Poly friendly. Big nerd. Dad. I like art, the gym, reading, and going overboard on a new hobby every 6 months.
Hi, I’m a licensed therapist with over six years of experience helping individuals with healing and growth. I focus on trauma-informed care, working with youth and adults who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation, are involved in the sex trade, or are dealing with complex trauma, anxiety, and life changes. I also address anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and personal growth using evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I am dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and self-discovery. My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and collaboration—I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you at your own pace.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I'm genuine, approachable, and easy to talk to. I believe healing happens through authentic human connection, so I bring warmth, humor, curiosity, and compassion into every session. I frequently use metaphors, storytelling, and practical examples to help make difficult concepts easier to understand and create meaningful change.
My experience has taught me that every person's story is unique. I don't simply treat symptoms—I work to understand the whole person, including how childhood experiences, relationships, trauma, and the nervous system continue to shape life today. I have extensive experience treating PTSD, complex trauma, and traumatic brain injury (TBI), and I also bring personal insight into the recovery process from TBI. Additionally, I am both personally and professionally familiar with the challenges faced by Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA) and individuals raised in dysfunctional families. I understand the lifelong impact these experiences can have on self-worth, relationships, boundaries, and emotional well-being, as well as the work required to heal the wounded inner child while building a peaceful, authentic adult life.
I believe therapy should be both supportive and transformative. I will meet you with compassion, but I will also encourage you to do the work that creates lasting change. My clients often describe me as part therapist, part coach, and part cheerleader—I celebrate your successes, help you navigate setbacks, and gently challenge you when old patterns keep you stuck. My goal is to create a safe, trusting relationship where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to move forward with confidence.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals overcome anxiety and reclaim their lives from fear, uncertainty, and self-doubt. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), and related conditions such as Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs).
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their challenges while developing practical skills to manage anxiety and build confidence. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and other proven therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.
I understand how overwhelming anxiety can feel and how much courage it takes to seek help. My goal is to empower clients to face their fears, reduce distress, and move toward a life that is guided by their values rather than their anxiety. Whether you are struggling with intrusive thoughts, excessive worry, appearance-related concerns, or compulsive behaviors, I am committed to helping you achieve meaningful and lasting change.
I’m Nydia, a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience. I offer a warm, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. My compassionate, collaborative approach helps people explore their emotions, recognize their strengths, heal old wounds, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them. Hey, I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m really glad you’re here. Taking this step for your mental health is a big deal, and I’m genuinely proud of you for making it a priority. You don’t have to figure this out alone—I’m excited to embark on this journey with you and help you navigate this process at a pace that feels right for you.
In our work together, I pull from a few different modalities in my wheelhouse: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotion regulation and boundaries, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma‐Focused CBT (T‐CBT) for shifting unhelpful thought patterns, Motivational Interviewing for getting unstuck and building momentum, Family Systems for understanding family dynamics, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for living more in line with what truly matters to you. We might lean on one approach or blend several, but the goal is always the same—to help you feel more grounded, more understood, and more equipped to handle real-life stress, not just “therapy room” problems
Seeking support takes courage, and I'm honored to be part of that journey with my clients. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult situation, or looking for healthier ways to cope, we'll work together to identify your strengths, develop practical tools, and create a path toward healing and personal growth.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, recognizing that every person's experiences and goals are different. I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. My goal is to help you build resilience, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and gain confidence in navigating life's challenges—one step at a time.
You don't have to face life's challenges alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, balance, and lasting well-being.
I am a biracial (Black/white), cisgender female who loves to create art, garden, and spend time with loved ones. My clinical approach is rooted in empathy and connection. I utilize evidenced-based practices such as person-centered therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to support clients in feeling grounded, supported, and capable. I thoroughly enjoy my career and will do my best to help you reach a state of overall wellness and self-actualization.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. If faith or spirituality is an important part of your life, I'm happy to thoughtfully incorporate those values into our work together in a way that feels meaningful to you.
These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the resilience people carry—even when they may not see it themselves.
Together, we'll identify practical strategies that fit your life while building on your strengths so you can move forward with greater confidence and hope.

I enjoy supporting people through life's transitions, whether they are transitioning into adulthood, parenthood, wanting to improve/deepen current relationships or pursue something new, moving past the end of a relationship, exploring identity, family changes or other significant life changes. I view these periods of transition as opportunities for growth, self-discovery, and learning to thrive as we step into a new chapter of our lives.

You may be feeling anxious, discouraged, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply aware that something in your life needs to change. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.
My style is warm, honest, collaborative, and practical. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and attachment-based approaches, tailoring our work to your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Together, we can better understand what is keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, and develop tools that help you feel more confident and in control of your life.
Therapy is your journey, and you remain at the center of it. My role is to walk alongside you—offering a safe place to speak openly, meaningful insight, and practical support as you create lasting change and move toward a life that feels healthier, more connected, and authentically yours.

Welcome, my name is Kiran and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #28451) with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in and provide mental health support to people dealing with fertility issues, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2002.
In 2005, I started working on the maternal-child health floor in a hospital setting where I was able to help patients experiencing grief, loss, postpartum depression, and medical trauma. My passion truly lies in working with individuals going through their journeys and challenges in pregnancy, childbirth, any type of loss, adoptions, or surrogacies.
In 2019, I struggled with my own loss of losing my father and felt it was the right time to move on from the medical field in the hospital setting to a smaller medical setting. Working as a preceptor in this new smaller medical setting, I quickly realized that this was not my calling as I began to miss working with the perinatal population. Soon after, I was given an opportunity to provide mental health therapy to the perinatal population and I believe this remains my calling.
I am of Asian descent and love learning about everyone's family histories, cultures, foods, etc.

My name is Javi Gonzalez, and I am a Hispanic therapist originally from Mexico. My personal and professional background has shaped the way I connect with clients, especially men from the Latino/Hispanic community who are navigating addiction, depression, cultural identity, family expectations, relationship conflict, anxiety, and stress.
I understand that many Latino men are taught to stay strong, keep problems private, and carry emotional pain alone. In therapy, I work to create a space where clients can be honest without feeling judged. My style is direct, respectful, practical, and compassionate. I believe clients deserve both support and honest feedback as they work toward meaningful change and resolve your problems.
My own life experiences have given me a deep respect for resilience, survival, and the effort it takes to build a different future. I know that issues like poverty, cultural pressure, family responsibility, community violence, immigration experiences, and addiction can deeply affect how a person sees themselves and relates to others.
I help clients identify unhealthy patterns, develop better coping skills, improve communication, and build healthier relationships with themselves, their partners, and their families. I especially enjoy working with Spanish-speaking clients who want therapy that feels culturally familiar, honest, and focused on real-life progress.
My goal is to help clients feel understood, take responsibility for change, and move toward a more stable, healthy, and meaningful life.

I believe we're endlessly creative and resourceful as human beings — we have to be, if we're going to keep showing up in a world that includes real suffering. Over the years, we all find ways to cope. Some are healthy and sustaining. Others work for a while, until they don't — because life stretches us past our limits, or because some part of us simply isn't willing to keep silencing our own voice, harming ourselves, or staying in relationships and patterns that no longer serve us.
That's often where the real work begins: building a deeper relationship with yourself — one rooted in awareness, trust, and self-respect, rather than the inner critic that so many of us carry.
I'm Gwendolyn, and my work centers on helping people reconnect with themselves and understand their own inner world (and the people in it). I often work with clients navigating grief, trauma, life transitions, and the impact of addiction — whether their own or that of someone close to them.
Together, we'll work on quieting the inner critic, learning to trust yourself again, and supporting your nervous system so that calm feels more accessible. I also believe healing doesn't only happen through talk — creativity, nature connection, self-expression, and spiritual practices are often just as vital to the process, and I welcome them into our work together.
I identify as a Queer, Xicana therapist. I am a step-mom to twin, teenage boys. I specialize in supporting individuals through healing journeys of trauma, anxiety, and overwhelm. I do this by offering a safe, compassionate, culturally-sensitive approach. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by us all, I work to create a safe space for healing, empowerment, and growth. My goal is to support individuals in navigating their experiences, reclaiming their strength, and building resilience for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I am an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, a passionate partner in your healing process. As a clinician, I believe strongly in meeting you where you are. Even if it is a place you have never opened the doors for another. I gained my education at New York University and have experience working in many major diverse communities across the United States. This practice experience and armed me with the humility to connect with all cultures, intersections, and identities.
With all of my clients, the priority is to connect – connection breeds trust – trust breeds comfort – and when you’re comfortable within your environment, you have a good foundation from which to start venturing down the path of your individualized therapy. When you feel comfortable enough to be honest about your anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, relationship struggles, trauma, or life stressors, real work can begin.
The reason why I choose the work I do, is because psychology is incredibly dynamic – no two people are the same. Many of us share similar moments in life, but the way in which those experiences affect us, is as individualized as each person I work with. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, your story deserves its own structure.
I have always loved people and have been interested in forming deep relationships throughout my life. As time went on, this manifested into an interest in a career as a therapist. I use a variety of approaches in my work, depending on the needs of my clients, including client-centered cognitive behavioral with a psychodynamic perspective and mindfulness.
I believe self-exploration is an investment in you and your future. When we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings with kindness and compassion, we gain insight and understanding of our authentic selves. We experience inner peace, find deeper meaning, and become more nurturing to ourselves and others without judgment. I work with adults from ages 18 to 100 on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I am also trained as a transformational life coach.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, veterans, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and crisis situations. My background in emergency psychiatric services and behavioral health has given me extensive experience helping individuals through some of life’s most difficult moments with compassion and without judgment.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, trauma-informed care, and psychoeducation to help clients build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward lasting emotional wellness.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with stress, processing past experiences, or simply looking for support as you navigate life’s challenges, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and feel empowered every step of the way.

I believe that meaningful therapy begins with listening. I take the time to understand each client's current concerns while also exploring the experiences and history that have shaped their life. By gaining a deeper understanding of both the present and the past, I can better recognize patterns, strengths, and challenges that influence overall well-being.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they share their experiences at their own pace. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, understood, and equipped to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

I received my master's degree from the University of the Pacific and have since been fortunate to work with diverse populations within the criminal justice and psychiatric hospital systems. I am experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy.
Welcome! I'm Christopher Figueroa, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges with compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools to foster lasting change.
My practice focuses on treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and stress management. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you while creating personalized goals that support your emotional well-being and help you move toward the life you want to live.
Hi, I’m Jade Rogers, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing individual and couples therapy to adolescents and adults. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, grief and loss, personality disorders, addiction, infertility, relationship distress, and major life transitions.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, attachment-based treatment, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT. I tailor treatment to each client’s needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
In therapy, I help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and past experiences. We may focus on strengthening emotional regulation, increasing distress tolerance, improving communication, establishing healthier boundaries, processing trauma, reducing avoidance, and developing more effective coping strategies.
My therapeutic style is warm, direct, collaborative, and clinically focused. I believe clients benefit from feeling both supported and appropriately challenged. Therapy with me is not only about gaining insight—it is also about applying practical tools, identifying patterns that are no longer working, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
My goal is to provide a space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered while working toward greater emotional stability, healthier relationships, improved self-awareness, and a stronger sense of control over their lives.
I have been a drug and alcohol counselor since 1995 and a mental health therapist primarily working with adult individuals since 2008. I consider my practice to be eclectic and have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Dialectical Behavior Therapy; Cognitive Processing Therapy; and Motivational Interviewing, to name a few. In addition, I have specialized training in trauma/PTSD; addictions; ADHD; LGBTIQ; military; grief and loss; depression and anxiety.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports adults navigating stress, burnout, grief, loss, and major life transitions. I specialize in helping people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by caregiving responsibilities, complex family dynamics, or emotionally demanding roles. My background in crisis intervention, care coordination, and supporting individuals and families through challenging health‑related experiences allows me to bring a steady, compassionate presence to clients moving through difficult or uncertain periods.
I offer a warm, calm, and organized space where you can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what’s happening in your life. My approach blends emotional support with practical guidance, helping you build clarity, resilience, and tools that feel realistic and sustainable. I value collaboration, transparency, and creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to explore your experiences without judgment.
I work primarily with adults, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and individuals managing chronic stress, anxiety, grief, or major life changes. Many of my clients come to me during times of transition—when something in their life has shifted, or when they’re carrying more than they can hold alone. My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and better equipped to move forward with confidence and steadiness.
I’m an experienced therapist who works closely with women dealing with anxiety and life’s challenges. My approach is relational and grounded in attachment, but most of all, it’s compassionate and collaborative. In our work together, we’ll make space for clarity, balance, and self-acceptance. I’ll walk alongside you as you move through what’s hard, helping you understand yourself more deeply and supporting you in finding your own path toward feeling better and more grounded.
I am a licensed therapist who believes that meaningful change begins when we slow down and meet ourselves with curiosity instead of judgment. My path to this work wasn’t linear; I spent fifteen years in a different career before making my own midlife transition to mental health a decade ago. That experience taught me firsthand the courage it takes to reinvent yourself.
My clinical foundation was forged in community mental health and crisis work, where I had the privilege of working with a beautifully diverse cross-section of people—including LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent folks, elders and other marginalized communities. This rich background has shaped me into a practitioner who values inclusivity, honors identity, and meets every client exactly where they are in their healing journey.
