First session

In our first session, I create a safe and welcoming environment where you can feelcompletely at ease. This allows me to naturally learn your story so that, together, we can map out the best path forward for your goals. As we begin this journey, my primary focus is to ensure you feel respected, truly heard, and at ease moving forward at a pace that works for you.

Bo is an amazing therapist! She is so kind, warm, and smart. I haven’t met a therapist like her before and I feel really comfortable speaking with her even from the first session. I think Bo has the skills and warmth needed to really help others who are going through a depressive episode or something negative in their life. I don’t often recommend therapists but I do recommend Bo very much.
