About me

In my practice, I am dedicated to supporting clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and personal growth. My clinical focus includes working with individuals who are navigating stress, building self-esteem, and seeking greater balance and clarity in their lives. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented, with a focus on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop a more confident and compassionate sense of self. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting changes.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on what’s bringing you to therapy right now and what you’re hoping to better understand or move through. I’ll ask questions to gain a fuller picture of your current concerns and history, but at a pace that feels comfortable and not overwhelming. This time is also for you to ask questions, share what feels important, and get a sense of how I work. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer idea of how we can work together moving forward. From there, we’ll begin identifying goals and taking initial steps that feel realistic and aligned with what you need.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In my therapeutic approach I strive to create a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel truly heard while also moving toward meaningful change. I am an active listener and work collaboratively with clients to help them gain clarity, identify patterns, and build practical skills they can use in everyday life. My approach is both insight-oriented and action-focused, blending evidence-based strategies with a strengths-based perspective. I focus on helping clients develop coping tools for anxiety and stress, increase self-awareness, and build confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work well with clients who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and concerns related to self-esteem and personal growth. I also support clients who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps, and are looking for clarity and direction in their lives. I understand how these experiences can impact a person’s emotional well-being, and I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and understood. In my practice, I help clients build confidence, strengthen their sense of self, and develop healthier, more compassionate ways of relating to themselves. I also support clients in improving peer and relationship dynamics, setting boundaries, and gaining clarity in what they want for their lives. I value working with individuals who are open to reflection and ready to make meaningful changes, whether they are moving through a specific challenge or seeking to feel more grounded, confident, and aligned in who they are.
