About me

Hello! I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist who graduated from San Jose State Univerisity and licensed as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in California. I love pets and have 2 cats that I have adopted. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and have a deep understanding of Mexican culture, allowing me to offer culturally responsive care to individuals. I enjoy working with children, parents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, grief, or the effects of trauma. Working with children, youth, and mothers holds a special place in my heart. As a mother and therapist, I understand the importance of feeling seen, supported, and connected.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will focus on getting to know one another to see if we are a good fit. We will discuss what therapy will look like, confidentiality and its limitations, and what brings you to therapy. I will be asking questions about your concerns so I can better undersand your story. Therapy is a process that takes times.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is grounded in working collaboratively, curiosity, and deep respect for each person's unique story. I bring a culturally responsive lens to my work and value the role that culture and relationships, and life experiences play in shaping who we are.
