Hello! I am so excited to meet you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California. I graduated from California State University San Bernardino with my Master’s Degree in Social Work. For over 10 years, I have been working with children, families, and individuals in the areas of case management, behavioral support, and mental health.

Strengths
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strength-based and empowerment model approaches. I have extensive experience with the following areas: foster care, domestic violence, trauma-informed practice, and mental health advocacy and many other areas. My areas of expertise include but are not limited too: anxiety, depression, anger and stress management, grief and loss, relationship challenges, family systems, childhood trauma and abuse, parenting, spirituality & faith, and social skills.
