About me

I specialize in Men's OCD and anxiety counseling in all its forms. Using ERP and ACT (the gold-standard treatments for OCD and anxiety), combined with a humanistic approach, I build a treatment plan tailored specifically to you, starting in session one. With nearly a decade of experience helping people break free from anxiety or OCD, I know that real progress is possible, and it often comes faster than people expect. Ready to start expanding your world?

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

First sessions are about getting to know each other and what brings you to counseling. We also discuss your plan for overcoming anxiety and OCD.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With humor, trust, and compassion, I provide a comfortable and welcoming place for my clients to work through the hardest parts of anxiety. Together we can learn to tolerate uncertainty and ambiguity. I will be alongside you during your challenges, and we move at your pace.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

OCD and anxiety can make your world feel smaller. As men, we're often taught to push through, keep it to ourselves, and pretend everything is fine. You don't have to do that anymore. Anxiety doesn't just cause intrusive thoughts. It shrinks your life. The trips you don't take, the relationships you hold back in, the experiences you avoid to stay "safe." That protection becomes a prison. Panic and anxiety attacks, obsessive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, perfectionism, taboo thoughts, relationship struggles, and worries about your health or social situations all make your world smaller. My work is about getting your world back.
