This session sets the stage for our work together, ensuring your therapy journey is tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.
Using a trauma informed lens, I take an eclectic approach ranging from talk therapy to cognitive behavioral therapy. I am a certified traumatologist and have a certification in trauma informed cognitive behavioral therapy.
