Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck and are looking for support and clarity. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical—I’ll help you better understand your thoughts and emotions while also giving you tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without judgment, while we work together toward meaningful change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, background, and goals so we can begin to create a plan that feels right for you. You’ll also have space to share at your own pace and ask any questions you may have. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of next steps.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my approach is the balance between support and structure. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood, while also helping you develop practical tools you can use in your daily life. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mind-body techniques, and strengths-based strategies to help you not only gain insight, but also make meaningful, lasting changes.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to support individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions. I work well with clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, and who are open to exploring the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My approach is a good fit for those looking to build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. In my practice, I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge negative beliefs, and develop more balanced ways of thinking. I also incorporate practical strategies such as behavioral activation, coping skills, and structured goal-setting to support meaningful, lasting change.

Mind-body approach

I take a mind-body approach to therapy, recognizing the strong connection between emotional and physical experiences. I help clients tune into how stress, anxiety, and past experiences show up in the body, while also developing tools to regulate the nervous system

Humanistic

My approach is humanistic, meaning I prioritize building a genuine, trusting relationship with my clients. I aim to create a safe space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to support and guide you as you grow and navigate challenges.

Strength-Based

I use a strengths-based approach, focusing on each client’s existing abilities, resilience, and resources. Rather than only addressing challenges, I help clients recognize what’s already working in their lives and build on those strengths to support growth, confidence, and lasting change.
