Hi there, I'm Myra, Life takes turns we don't expect, and sometimes we’re able to get through them. Other times we become stuck. Allow me to partner with you to help you navigate through challenging times and move forward. I will accomplish this by offering you a safe space to process, identify, and explore your goals, your hopes, and your dreams, as well as problem-solving issues and concerns that are holding you back. My professional background includes over 20 years as a Clinical Social Worker, working as a therapist and Clinical State Director, Clinical Director, and Clinical Supervisor for therapists/clinicians. My experiences include working with clients of all ages through individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing a solution-focused, strength-based, and person-centered approach. My style of therapy is highly individualized, designed to empower you and enhance your diverse life experiences. I value the therapeutic relationship and appreciate the opportunity to be a part of your growth and development. I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions and then dive into your specific challenges. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a compassionate person whose passion is helping and empowering others to discover their fullest potential. I believe in your worth and your potential for growth.
