Many individuals struggling in unhealthy, emotionally abusive, or narcissistic relationship dynamics often lose their sense of self, confidence, voice, and emotional balance within those relationships. A major focus of my work is helping clients reconnect with themselves, rebuild healthier patterns, and strengthen how they show up in relationships with others. Mareesa is the fourth therapist I have seen and is by far the one that I feel the most comfortable talking to. She hits the right topics at the right time. I feel heard and seen. She is very comfortable to talk to. I love the worksheets. They make me think about topics that I haven't really slowed down to think about before and they provide some direction for discussions and growth in our sessions.
