Strengths
One of my strengths as a counselor is my ability to build genuine rapport and create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being vulnerable and authentic. I try to combine empathy, active listening, and evidence-based interventions to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Treatment methods
Faith based therapy
I incorporate faith into my counseling practice by honoring each client’s spiritual beliefs and, when desired, integrating faith-based principles as a source of strength, hope, meaning, and guidance. I maintain a client-centered and respectful approach, allowing clients to determine how their faith and spirituality can support their healing, personal growth, and overall well-being.
