First session
Our first session will be an opportunity for you to share your story. We will discuss your vision for what you would like to achieve in our work together. I will ask questions to learn more about you as an individual to determine how best to work with and support you.
Strengths
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from body-centered psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, modeling, and 12 Step Recovery. Together we can understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build coping skills, strengthen confidence, develop practical strategies for lasting change.
Ideal clients
Perhaps familiar coping strategies are no longer working, you don't feel like yourself, or you know something needs to change but aren’t sure where to begin. Our sessions together can offer a supportive space to feel heard and understand, without shame. We will explore what is holding you back, develop practical tools, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
What and how you think impacts your feelings and behaviors. In order to change the way we feel and behave, we need to change the way we think. We will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as human centered holistic perspectives to work together.
