I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma. Some of the people with whom I have worked are looking to make a specific change and are looking for support, others are struggling with challenging symptoms and are looking for relief, others are having difficulties managing emotions or maintaining relationships. I pull from and utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities when working with individuals; including: EMDR, TF-CBT, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Processing (CPT), PE, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution focused and strengths-based perspectives, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
