I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Certified Play Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience as a school counselor. Additionally, I have over a decade of experience providing individual and family therapy in a private practice setting. Helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve emotional well-being through tailored therapeutic approaches is the goal of my work.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I provide engaging and compassionate virtual therapy sessions from the comfort of your home! I am available on weekdays, including evenings. In-person availability will be offered in the future (office space is being renovated).

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families, with a warm, fun, and engaging approach, to build trust and a positive therapeutic relationship. Together, we can navigate the hills or valleys of life using learned tools to overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth. My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

People are the center of my approach to counseling. You could call me a Person-Centered Therapist because the therapeutic relationship is my first priority. During therapy, I also pull from Cognitive Behavioral strategies and Strength-Based Counseling.
