I am a fully licensed clinical social worker. I live helping individuals identify their Wirth and strengths they possess to achieve their goals. I have successfully helped women, especially, to work through relationship and parenting issues. I enjoy assisting individuals in settling healthy boundaries and in developing skills needed to effectively and productively be present in their lives. I believe it is impotant to listen to what clients need and want. My clients report feeling comfortable and heard in mu sesions. Some were in counseling prior to working with me and state I have been very beneifical.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session entails learning about me and my treatment methods. I will complete an clinical assessment to learn their needs and goals for treatment. We will begin to build a rapport and I will create a safe comforting environment. During the first session, clients can expect to feel welcome and heard. For some it may be difficult because clients are not used to sharing their stories, but most report a beneifical experience and look forward to returning.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My ability to listen and to create a safe environment for individuals to share there stories. Individuals have told me that I have a calming voice and have the ability to encourage individuals to open up and be transparent.
