Hi, I’m Stephanie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps young adults struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, and the constant pressure to please others. My work focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s behind the stress, self-doubt, and overwhelm you’re feeling. I’ll help you build healthier boundaries, quiet your inner critic, and start showing up more confidently in your life and relationships. Whether you’re feeling stuck or just ready for a change, I’m here to guide you through it with empathy and evidence-based tools.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. You’ll have space to share what’s been weighing on you, and I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your experiences, goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy—no pressure, just a calm and supportive conversation.
What makes my approach unique is how deeply I understand the pressure to have it all together while silently struggling on the inside. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized training in anxiety treatment, I’ve helped many young adults untangle the roots of their self-doubt, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. I bring not just clinical expertise, but real compassion and curiosity to each session—creating a space where you can be fully yourself without judgment. Together, we’ll work at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you, so you can start feeling more confident, connected, and in control of your life.
I help young adults who appear confident to others but secretly struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and people-pleasing—ready to stop overthinking, start setting boundaries, and finally feel at peace with who they are.
