Hello! My name is Chandra and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in North Carolina. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University School of Social Work (IUPUI). I help people cope with life transitions and the stress that comes along with them. I have 19 years of experience working with youth and families in various settings.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, we will get to know each other. I will ask questions to help determine what you have been through and what your needs are. I will then make a recommendation for ongoing treatment. You will also have an opportunity to ask me questions as well. We will work on sharing at a pace that is comfortable for each individual.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With almost 20 years of experience supporting youth and families, I am skilled at developing relationships based on open communication. I understand the importance of feeling heard and understood without judgement. I learn a person's strengths and that it as a basis to help optimize their emotional wellness.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have found that teens and young adults often struggle with maintaining balance through life changes and transitions. Balancing school, home responsibilities, and difficult emotions can make life challenging. I specialize in helping people who feel stuck, lost, or unmotivated.

I counted ot a blessing to have randomly selected her name solely based on the date & time slot due to my convenience and I felt quite a level of easy almost instantly. I appreciated her attentiveness to allow me time to express myself and find my words from the heaviness of my grieving. I'm hopeful I will be able continue once I see this initial cost as well as add my secondary insurance. It was a positive experience & made me wish I'd returned to therapy far, far, sooner!!

Chandra genuinely accepts me as I am. I feel comfortable baring my soul literally and that my confidence is safe. Very nonjudgmental where I am so self judgmental. Encourages and not afraid to ask the hard questions with compassion that I avoid.
