I help those ages 16+ learn how to navigate life, manage stressors, identify and manage emotions while building coping skills and learning to reframe negative thoughts.
First session
In our first session, we have have introductions and I will complete a biopsychosocial assessment with you to begin understanding who you are, your history, and "the thing" that brought you to me. You are also able to ask questions of me. Establishing a solid therapeutic foundation is most important for every counseling relationship.

Ideal clients
My experience ranges from young children to adults. However, teens ages 16 and up is the population I have chosen to focus on as life challenges can begin early and learning how to navigate is key.

I am eclectic as everyone's experiences are different and getting to know you to determine what works best. I utilize CBT, ACT, reality therapy, person centered focus as my primary treatment strategies.
