About me

I come from a compassionate, experiential, and strengths-based approach with five years of experience. I specialize in addiction, anxiety, life transitions, and mood disorders. I utilize a blend of modalities to assist in managing symptoms and life stressors. You deserve a space where you can show up with authenticity, exactly as you are - and feel supported in doing so.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We will discuss and identify any presenting issues you would like to address, and move at your own pace. I work from a trauma-informed, culturally aware lens and offer a space where all parts of you are welcome — the struggling parts, the growing parts, and the hopeful parts.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I help clients reach their goals by creating a safe, steady space where they can explore their experiences without pressure or judgment. Together, we identify what feels most important to you, honor your pace, and build practical tools that support emotional regulation, clarity, and self-trust.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My clients value authenticity and are willing to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with honesty and curiosity. They’re looking for a space where they can show up as their full, complex self. I will walk with you through this journey and provide a safe, non-judgmental space.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Depending on presentation, we will work together to utilize various distress tolerance skills to manage symptoms of anxiety, panic, and responses to trauma.

Attachment-based

Everything comes from somewhere. So many of our struggles in relationships, interactions, and our own thoughts stem from experiences in our childhood. We will form these connections and begin to work through them.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Intrusive thoughts and rumination can stem from negative thought patterns or our perceptions of events in the future. We will work to identify these thought patterns and reframe them.

Motivational Interviewing

I will always meet you exactly where you are at. We can begin where you are comfortable and work through issues as you identify them. I come from an empathetic and non-judgmental perspective.
