After a first session with me, clients can expect a clear understanding of a treatment approach that may be used as well as a set of strategies that will be incorporated.

Ideal clients
I am eager to help those with a willingness to face challenges, commit to treatment, and explore areas yet unknown. I enjoy providing homework and challenging clients to explore themselves and their environments in the interim between sessions. Practicing skills imparted in therapy is something I do with great frequency. My ideal client therefore, is willing to learn and work outside of the therapy hour.
