HI! My name is Jill and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania. I received my MSW from Temple University and have been practicing since 2016. I am deeply committed to supporting clients who may feel lost or stuck by helping them to build skills to create a meaningful and empowering life. I understand the challenges of living with a relentless inner critic or dwelling on past events or future worries. Together, we'll identify patterns contributing to unproductive behaviors or recurring painful emotions.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will just be us having a conversation and getting to know each other better. I’ll check in with you along the way to make sure we’re touching on what you feel is important and your reasons for seeking therapy. Together, we'll work together on developing a plan to address your goals, concerns, and any questions you may have.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Some of my greatest strengths as a provider include my empathy, kindness, and curiosity. I take pride in showing up authentically, offering you my genuine presence and support. Whether you need an enthusiastic cheerleader, or an offering warm words of empathy, I'll be right by your side, dedicated to your well-being

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I'm trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which can support you in recognizing and utilizing techniques to regulate emotions, improve interpersonal relationships and tolerate challenging feelings.. I'll teach you these tools and how to apply them in everyday life which can increase emotional resilience, leading to meaningful change in your life.

Psychodynamic

I can assist you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself by exploring unconscious thoughts and past experiences, which can lead to emotional healing and enhanced relationships. Together, we will uncover how exploring these aspects of your life can foster self-discovery and long-term personal growth.

Attachment-based
