LCSW, 15 years of experience
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in helping adults who feel lost, stuck, or uncertain find clarity and reconnect with themselves. I use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based therapy to support healing, self-discovery, and meaningful growth.
In your first session with me, we’ll focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I’ll take time to understand your story, current challenges, and goals, while explaining how my approach—including EMDR, IFS, and attachment work—can support your healing journey. Together, we’ll begin building a trusting relationship and outline the next steps tailored to your unique needs.
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to create a compassionate, safe environment where clients feel truly heard and understood. I am skilled at helping clients uncover and make sense of the patterns that keep them stuck, and I use evidence-based approaches to guide them toward healing. My experience across different states and diverse populations has also helped me adapt my approach to meet each person’s unique needs with empathy and respect.
I work best with clients who are motivated to heal and gain deeper understanding of the unhelpful patterns in their lives. I prefer to support individuals who feel lost in their relationships, are experiencing grief, or have been involved with narcissistic partners/parents. My focus is on helping clients develop greater self-awareness and make lasting changes toward emotional well-being and healthier connections.
I am trained in EMDR and use it to help clients process traumatic memories in a safe, structured way. In my practice, EMDR supports emotional healing by targeting the root of distress, allowing clients to move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
I integrate IFS into my work to help clients understand and connect with their inner parts in a compassionate and healing way. By creating space for these parts to be seen and heard, clients often gain deeper insight, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self.
Somatic work has profoundly shaped the way I help clients understand and heal from trauma—not just cognitively or emotionally, but through the body, where trauma is often held. Peter Levine’s core insight—that trauma is not just in the event, but in the nervous system's response—has guided my approach to working with dysregulation, hyperarousal, and shutdown states. I help clients begin to notice bodily sensations in a safe, grounded way, allowing their nervous systems to complete survival responses that may have been interrupted during traumatic experiences. This work is gentle, titrated, and emphasizes safety and containment. In sessions, I support clients in increasing their interoceptive awareness—their ability to track what’s happening inside their body—and use techniques such as resourcing, pendulation, and orientation to support nervous system regulation.

She was super helpful and made me feel really understood. I liked how she explained everything she broke things down in a way that actually made sense. We talked about treatment options like EMDR and IFS, and she helped me understand how my body is still stuck in survival mode and how that can affect the healing process. I felt supported the whole time, and like she genuinely cared about what would work best for me.

It was not a fit as Olga told me the help I need is not what she can provide. However, she gave me some things to think about and told me I need release pent up energy. I intend to do so and appreciate her honesty.
