Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Phoenix. I help diverse age groups struggling with intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief work toward emotional healing, resolution, and closure.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in both the medical and behavioral health setting has allowed me to have a better understanding of how emotional distress can or has impacted one's overall well-being. Allowing me to develop a tailored treatment plan to measure progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I take pride in working with young adults who are looking to learn new strategies to change behaviors and break cycles.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I implement CBT which has helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational interviewing has shown to help clients resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities to find the internal motivation they need to change their behavior. It is a practical, empathetic, and short-term process that takes into consideration how difficult it is to make life changes.
