Hello and nice to meet you. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California and have been practicing for 5 years. I help clients going through depression, anxiety and trauma. I am trained in EMDR. I use other modalities, too like cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and art therapy.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
