Brandon created a comfortable and supportive environment that made me feel safe to be vulnerable. I was able to trust him with things I rarely share with strangers. After leaving our first session, I felt optimistic about getting my life in order.

Brandon is very helpful and brings to light your feelings and emotions. He is honest and empowering. He has put me at ease. I’ve never had to reach out for therapy and he made the whole process easy.

Brandon was understanding and authentic. He made the first session feel natural and easy to open up. Looking forward to him working on individual sessions with my husband.
A concept in ACT I really appreciate its emphasis on holistically approaching life challenges, acknowledging them as they are, being realistic, mindful and developing coping strategies to improve one's quality of life.
