My treatment methods

Compassion Focused

I promote and cultivate compassion in patients who tend to overlook their needs and tend to be hard on themselves. As a therapist, my goal has always been to help my patients to develop a compassionate mind and attitude toward themselves by learning to treat themselves with kindness, understanding, and acceptance.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I promote the understanding of the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behavior. My goal when using CBT is to help my clients to identify and modify the thoughts that are sustaining emotions and influencing the behavior that clients want to change.

Interpersonal

I use Interpersonal Psychotherapy to assist my clients to improve the quality of their interpersonal relationships affecting their mental health.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Intervening to help clients experiencing ambivalence towards behavior change.

Eclectic

Eclectic psychotherapy allows me to use a variety of therapeutic techniques to better meet the client's needs.
