What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Client can expect safety is all the ways, physical, psychological and spiritual. The therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance and I make sure to create a relaxing judgement free environment. Whether it's your first time or you are experience with therapy, I'll make sure we go over what therapy looks like between us and making sure I understand your goals for treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my authenticity. I believe that the foundation of any therapeutic relationship is trust, and trust is built on being genuine, present, and transparent. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to be themselves and share openly without fear of judgment. I approach each session with openness and humility, allowing me to truly listen and connect with my clients on a deeper level. I believe that when I am my authentic self in the room, it encourages clients to do the same, fostering a meaningful and healing relationship. My extensive experience in the field of mental health is another significant strength. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from those experiencing severe mental health challenges to individuals navigating major life transitions. My work in diverse settings, from private practice to nonprofit organizations, has provided me with a deep understanding of various mental health concerns, as well as the tools and strategies to help my clients effectively. I integrate evidence-based practices with a client-centered approach, allowing me to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs. However, it is my compassion for others that truly guides my practice. I approach every client with empathy and a genuine desire to help them find healing and growth. I recognize the courage it takes to seek therapy, and I honor that by creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether a client is grappling with trauma, anxiety, or simply feeling lost, I am here to walk alongside them with kindness and patience. I believe that healing is a collaborative process, and I am committed to being a supportive and compassionate partner throughout that journey. In short, my authenticity, wealth of experience, and compassion for others are the cornerstones of my work. They allow me to provide a therapeutic space that is not only effective but also deeply respectful of each client’s individual journey.
