New clients continue care with this provider

Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I have been in the field for 7 years working with teens, young adults and adults in their mid-life. I help clients struggling with anxiety, stress, life changes and transitions, and depression/loss. Together we will find solutions, understanding, and growth so that you can become the best version of yourself. I help individuals move from stuck to empowered through structured, evidence-based care. Whether developing strategic objectives for mood regulation, guiding you through life challenges, or building better relationships with yourself and/or others - I approach every aspect of my work with intention and empathy. I believe in healing that’s both human and structured — where science meets soul.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will see if I am a good fit for you through starting to build our relationship. I will also ask questions (probably a lot at first) to see what challenges you are facing and what outcomes and solutions you are hoping you will find by coming to counseling. With this information, we will create a plan on how best we can use our time together to achieve the things you want for the most ideal outcome from our sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

The foundation of my practice, no matter what your need is, starts with empathy, warmth, and allowing you to be in the driver's seat. My training and experience has afforded me the opportunity to gain skills and techniques, and I will offer these to you, but ultimately, it is you who will be in control and determine where we go in our time together. I will challenge you when appropriate, but also be there to encourage you and validate and/or affirm you as you grow and change. I will be the support you need to discover real-life change and healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults and teens alike! No matter what stage of life you find yourself in, I believe that together, we will find the skills, tools and answers you need to feel better and that you hare making steps toward living a life that you feel fulfilled and has purpose. I don't focus on a diagnosis, but what you need to get you to where you want to be to feel better, live happier, and have more overall enjoyment in life. In our work together, I’ll help you unpack what’s weighing you down — and give you practical, personalized tools to build a life that feels more aligned, more empowered, and more authentically you. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in clinical clarity. Whether you’re processing past pain, facing current stressors, or trying to find deeper purpose, I meet you where you are and walk beside you as you move forward. Let’s bring structure to the chaos, compassion to the challenge, and clarity to your next steps.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I believe that you hold the tools and answers to find what is going to work to overcome. It is my role to help you discover those tools and options.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Information and understanding on what is happening that causes your challenges, symptoms and barriers to a happier life is important. CBT provides how the brain, behavior and feelings all work together.

Faith based therapy

I have been trained in spiritual practices and therefore feel comfortable if my clients want to invite into our sessions their faith, beliefs, and spiritual practices. We do not need to align on our spiritual practices, I welcome all faiths and beliefs. The session(s) are for you, and I want to open the space so that you can feel comfortable bringing that into session.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I use Person-centered therapy to facilitate growth and fulfillment by way of acceptance, therapist congruence (genuineness) and empathetic understanding.

Strength-Based

In session, we will focus on your strengths, desires, interests, aspirations, abilities and knowledge. I will support you as you learn to apply change through a strength-based lens.
