Hi, I have been providing social services for the last thirty years and have learned that at times we all need some support as life happens. I have also learned that people have benefited from being heard, provided emotional support, tools and greater understanding of solutions to unique challenges. It would be my honor to partner with you in your wellness journey.

Ive had a few sessions now with John and he's been very supportive but also looking to help coach and offer opinions and examples where possible. His tone is warm and caring and I like that he's said he is an ally.
