Hi, I have been providing social services for the last thirty years and have learned that at times we all need some support as life happens. I have also learned that people have benefited from being heard, provided emotional support, tools and greater understanding of solutions to unique challenges. It would be my honor to partner with you in your wellness journey.
We will explore reasons for seeking therapy, creating a safe space, answering and asking questions, and determining a path to wellbeing.

Client's that have struggled with anxiety and depression that are willing to work in and out of session are welcome.
This treatment method has been helpful to client's over 14 years to manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. It is used in a semi-structured way to help people explore thinking patterns that lead to emotional states that drive behavior. Homework accelerates progress and is often used.
