I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT - 144921) in Southern California. I have practiced in various settings such as Community Mental Health and the private sector, supporting teens, adults, and families to overcome Intensive Trauma, Depression, Personality Disorders, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, and ADHD, to name a few. In any case, I really enjoy taking a person-centered approach and working collaboratively with my patients to reach their desired end goal and identify the most appropriate modality to treat, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment, Psychodynamic, or Narrative.
During our first session, I would encourage all my patients to have an open conversation regarding past therapeutic experiences, what brings them to therapy, and how they are currently feeling. During our first session, I will ask many questions in hopes of obtaining as much information as possible to complete a comprehensive mental health assessment. As part of my assessment, I will also administer various screenings to assess for trauma, potential barriers, and depression.
One of my biggest strengths as a therapist is helping clients uncover patterns and get to the root of what’s really going on. I create a space that’s calm, supportive, and judgment-free. Clients often tell me they feel truly heard and understood, which helps them open up and do the deeper work. I meet people where they are and move at a pace that feels right for them. I’m also practical — while we explore the “why” behind things, I also help you figure out what to do with that insight. Whether it’s building coping skills, improving relationships, or creating healthier habits, I’m here to support your goals.
Hi there — I’m so glad you’re here. I work best with adults and teenagers who are navigating life’s challenges and searching for a space where they can feel truly heard, seen, and supported. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, or the deep impacts of trauma, my priority is to meet you exactly where you are — no judgment, no pressure to be anyone but yourself. I genuinely enjoy working with both teens and adults. For teens, I provide a supportive environment where they can explore identity, build resilience, and feel validated in a world that often feels overwhelming. With adults, I help unpack patterns, heal old wounds, and cultivate self-awareness and growth — all with warmth and respect.
Psychodynamic therapy is one of my favorite modalities used to treat trauma or disturbing life moments as it connects how our thoughts and past experiences impact our current behaviors and relationships.
