My treatment methods

Interpersonal

My experience with interpersonal therapy (IPT) involves helping clients explore how their relationships and social environments influence their well-being. By fostering insight into these dynamics, I empower them to make meaningful changes. I also integrate CBT techniques to address cognitive dissonance that may arise during this process, ensuring a holistic approach to healing.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I integrate CBT into my interpersonal therapy framework to help clients develop deeper awareness of the behaviors and thought patterns that contribute to their challenges; both conscious and unconscious. Together, we explore these patterns to uncover their underlying roots, moving beyond symptom management to create lasting, meaningful change.
