Together, we will uncover the strengths within you and help you reconnect with the experience of being fully alive, aligned, and at peace within yourself.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take the time to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to get a full picture of your experiences—your emotions, relationships, past challenges, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. This helps me understand you as a whole person so we can create a path forward that truly supports you. Most importantly, this session is about making sure you feel heard, supported, and comfortable as we begin this journey together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With over 25 years of experience, I understand how anxiety, grief, stress, and life transitions can feel overwhelming— and disconnected from the life you want. My greatest strength is creating a space where you feel truly heard and understood while also providing real, effective strategies to help you move forward. Using a neuroscience-informed, mind-body-spirit approach, I help you break free from patterns that keep you trapped in worry, emotional exhaustion, or self-doubt—so you can feel more at ease, more in control, and more connected to yourself and what matters most.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Do you feel trapped in anxiety, stress, grief, or the weight of a major life transition—like no matter what you try, lasting relief feels out of reach? Maybe your mind won’t slow down, your body feels tense, or emotions feel overwhelming and exhausting. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep struggling. You’re drawn to deeper, holistic approaches that honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit. You don’t just want to push through each day—you long to feel grounded, vibrant, and fully present in your life again.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

When you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or a major life transition, it can feel like your thoughts and emotions are running the show—keeping you stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life you want. In our work together, we’ll use ACT to help you break free from the constant mental battles, so you can find relief and move forward with greater confidence. You’ll learn skills to handle difficult emotions in a way that doesn’t hold you back, while also taking meaningful steps toward a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with what truly matters to you.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

When anxiety, depression, stress, or grief take over, it can feel like you're trapped in overwhelming thoughts and emotions. Using CBT, we’ll identify patterns that keep you stuck and replace them with more constructive ways of thinking—helping you regain control and move toward a life where you feel more confident, capable, and at ease.

Grief Therapy

Grief can feel all-encompassing, leaving you overwhelmed, lost, or struggling to make sense of life after the loss of someone very dear to you. In our work together, I provide a supportive space where you can process your emotions at your own pace—without pressure to ‘move on’ or ‘get over it.’ Using a blend of brain-based therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion, we’ll explore ways to honor your loss while also creating space for meaning, connection, and what matters most to you.

Compassion Focused

When you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or major life stress, it’s easy to feel stuck in self-criticism or like you ‘should’ be handling things differently. In our work together, we’ll use Compassion-Focused Therapy to help you develop a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself. By strengthening your ability to soothe and care for yourself—rather than battling your emotions—you can find relief, resilience, and a greater sense of ease in your life."

Mind-body approach

Anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions affect not just the mind, but the body and spirit as well. In our work together, we’ll take a holistic approach—helping you reconnect with yourself on all levels. Through mindfulness, breathwork, and reflective practices, you’ll learn to calm your nervous system, listen to your inner wisdom, and cultivate a sense of balance, strength, and healing from within.
