I bring over 30 years of counseling experience in a variety of settings (Residential treatment, Intensive outpatient, EAP and private practice) but most enjoy connecting in individual sessions. I use CBT techniques to collaboratively develop, concrete, goal-oriented strategies that empower clients to challenge negative beliefs, build coping skills, and foster lasting change.

I am so happy with the progress I’ve made with Dawn in such a short time. She helped me gain clarity in a long-term relationship and other areas of my life.
