New to Grow
I provide a non-judgmental, genuine, and warm atmosphere that helps clients feel at ease from the start. My passion is supporting people through a wide range of challenges — whether it’s everyday stress related to relationships, work, or school, or deeper, long-standing issues rooted in childhood or past trauma. No matter where you’re starting from, my goal is to help you develop a stronger, more grounded, and content sense of self.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so the first session is all about creating a safe and comfortable space. We’ll take time to get to know each other, and I’ll explain how I work and what our journey together might look like. I’ll ask a range of questions to understand your background, your current struggles, and what brought you here. We’ll also talk about what you’d like to get out of therapy — both in the short term and over the long run.
I work with clients who struggle with feeling not good enough or constantly doubting themselves. Rather than just focusing on quick fixes or coping skills, I help them uncover where those beliefs started — usually far earlier than they realize. We work at the root to create meaningful, long-term change
Many of my clients come to me feeling like they’re never enough — never smart enough, successful enough, or simply worthy enough. I create a compassionate and grounded space where we gently unpack those beliefs, understand where they come from, and begin the process of rewriting the internal narrative. My approach blends deep listening, practical tools, and a belief in the client’s capacity to heal and grow.
How you are treated as a child affects how you interpret how people treat you now. If you do not heal from the past you will not have success in your future interactions.
I provide counseling services to couples dealing with many kinds of marital issues.
