I’m a licensed professional counselor and a doctoral student in counseling psychology. My work centers around helping individuals heal from complex trauma, explore their identities, and develop deeper insight into their relational and emotional worlds. I specialize in working with adults navigating attachment wounds, anxiety, self-worth challenges, and LGBTQ+ experiences.
My therapeutic style is relational, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and parts work, integrating these with evidence-based approaches like EMDR and mindfulness when appropriate. I believe that real healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships, and that therapy can be a space to explore and reflect.
In sessions, I focus on helping clients understand the “why” behind their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We explore early experiences and internalized beliefs, as well as the ways these still play out in present relationships and daily life. I also work collaboratively to build practical tools and foster a more compassionate internal dialogue.
I'm especially committed to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, those navigating complicated family relationships, and people working through questions of identity, belonging, and emotional safety. Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or returning with fresh insight, I strive to meet you where you are with curiosity, honesty, and care.
Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about creating space to feel, question, remember, and reclaim. If you’re looking for a therapist who brings both clinical depth and human connection to the work, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
