LPC, 15 years of experience
I am licensed in Pennsylvania with over 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety and depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, & parenting issues. I believe that you are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you on that journey.
During our first session we will make formal introductions to one another. I will then ask questions to explore what has motivated you to attend treatment. I also like to utilize the "Wheel of Life" tool to rank and discuss the different domains of your life.
Trauma and abuse, Grief, Anger management, Self-esteem, Career difficulties, Bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, and Coaching are some of my specialty areas of practice. I use motivational interviewing to bring out personal strengths, combined with introducing new tools and skills, to reach goals set during treatment.
I am particularly focused on women of minority races who are looking to better navigate their current circumstances.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!! I love Brandi for me as a therapist! She’s definitely my safe space I can talk to her about anything. Her energy is so warm and welcoming. It’s been that way since session 1 !!!

Brandi is incredibly down to earth and honest, she tells it like it is but in a way that feels caring and constructive. Her sense of humor makes our sessions feel natural and not overly clinical. Talking with her feels like talking with a wise supportive family member who genuinely wants to see you grow and heal. I always leave our sessions feeling heard and understood. 10/10 !! :)

I’ve had many therapists over the last 10 years, but Brandi Jefferson is one of the best. She’s warm, hilarious, and refreshingly straightforward—no chaser, no fluff. Brandi makes you feel seen, heard, and safe, while still holding you accountable. She tells the truth with compassion and humor, making even tough moments feel manageable. If you want a therapist who’s real, wise, and deeply supportive, Brandi is it.
I promote the tracking of mood and behavior changes in order to explore and work to eliminate sources of emotional dysregulation.
