I’m very excited to see what kind of changes we can bring about within you & your life. That’s the goal, right?! PLEASE NOTE: Weekend Sessions are for INTAKES (first sessions) only. Appointments thereafter will be discussed & scheduled at that time. Intakes are also available during the week.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Our first session will start by simply getting to know each other. I believe that it is important to trust one another for the therapy process to really have an impact. We will then sort through the specific challenges you want to address in your life and come up with a tailored plan to do so.
